You can choose to either record your presentation and upload into this task or make a time to present to your Trainer and upload the completed power point into this task.
Be sure to achieve the following:
a clear presentation of your Business Plan and implementation strategies including a staffing plan which covers:
current staffing levels
the skills and experience required
confirmation that the labour is available
where to find the skilled staff who are required
an explanation of how you will monitor and evaluate the performance including:
financial & sales performance
marketing strategies
operations
continuous improvement strategies
